Re: Tapatalk/My Free Forum database migration

I can read all of the posts in the Tapatalk format but when I try to log in using my screen name it says it says the account already exists, when I try to log in using my email it says not recognized. Not sure what to do from here. Should my same login info work or do I need to set up a completely n...

Re: Allison Mine Trail

Has anyone done this trail lately, the last posts I see are from 2014 and I see others on the web from 2009. But nothing recently. It might still be a little to warm for this one but thought I would check.
Thanks

Re: Cucamonga Peak from San Sevaine Rd 101010

Did you end up making the hike on Nov 8th?

Last season, a buddy and I made it to the trail head on an recon trip on our motorcycles to see what shape the road was in. But haven't made it back up there to do the hike.

Curious on current conditions...any update would be helpful.
Thanks

If I remember right Little Bear Cyn stream runs down and meets the Arroyo Seco. I am trying to determine if there is any water in the Little bear Cyn stream. Thanks for the report, anyone else have any intel on the Little Bear Cyn water situation. We will take a day hike up shortly to check it out, ...

It has been years since I was in this cyn before the fire, is the trail open below the falls to Bear Cyn? And if so is there water there? How far in did you hike?

Re: Cucamonga Truck Trail from Lytle - trail washed out?

I just rode this section yesterday, it was great. Beautiful day and a fun ride. The road is definitely accessible to a 4 WD or a High Clearance truck. It gets narrow in a few spots and you may get some "Cowboy Pin-striping" from the brush along side the road. Nothing technical. We looked b...

Mt Baldy in April 2013

I have a friend coming in from the East Coast in early April next year and wants to hike to the Summit of Baldy. Does anyone have any data on if the snow is usually gone by then in an average year? I cant remember when it clears enough to hike up the hut trail.

Thanks for your help,

Re: Henninger Flats 5-18-08

The road from Eaton cyn to Henninger is closed but is passable on foot. There are many slides that have closed down all but narrow sections. The longer it is closed the more mother nature reclaims.
It looks like a lot of work to reopen

Re: Chaparral is starting to bloom....

We came thru Idlehour 2 weeks ago on a Back pack trip there was plenty of P-Oak in camp area. But you could easily stay clear of it in the camp areas. The water was flowing good. Bigger problem was Skeeters...around dusk and dawn they were hungry. The trail is passable but you need to be careful in ...

Has anyone done this hike lately? or in the past? It appears to be about 16-17 miles if the gate is locked at San Sevine.

Any info would be great.

I guess size does really matter, I was able to post one put the quality and size are not right. I think it is just a matter of playing around with it to get it right.
