I use the Leki Makalu, I've had them for about 10 years now. Looking around the garage, I had some really old golf clubs that will never see use so I cut the heads off and picked up a pair of Black Diamond Z-pole baskets from Amazon. I used Gorilla Glue and I had the golf club trim pieces hanging around. So for about 8 bucks now I have a spare set for when we have visitors and go for a hike. They are a little short for me but fine for the ladies. Also very very lightweight!

Since the dawn of human imagination, men have been doing all sorts of weird things to impress the ladies--and save a few dollars.
