Time between posts?

Posted some pics in the Other ranges/Out of state section to test how to upload pics. It was super easy! But when I went to comment as such, I received the message that I "cannot post so soon after posting." Just FYI.

I reduced the time from 60 to 30 seconds. So you need to wait 30 seconds between postings. It's an anti-spam feature, I think.
