Camp Hi Hill Moving to Big Bear

It's official. Camp Hi Hill won't be returning to the historic Opid's Camp site near Mt. Wilson. They're planning to relocate to the Big Bear area.

So what happens to the facility now? Anyone who wants to use it is presumably going to have to cut a new road for ingress and egress. An expensive proposition.

I don't know why they'd need to cut a new road. They need to clear the existing Rincon-Redbox Road. As for the facility, the FS will probably let it rot.
